Vaughn was nothing short of amazing to work with. We seen the truck we have been searching for but we were in Kentucky (6.5 hours away). He went above and beyond to answer every question and concern, so much so we got on the road Monday night, stayed overnight in Cleveland and was there at 9am this morning. He was no less than just as amazing to work with in person. Would highly recommend this car lot, the customer service and straight forward approach was refreshing and we are so pleased to do business with them. I would drive 6+ hours again if warranted to do business with them again.

I called to see if the car online was still available and when I got there an hour later the car was already in the garage at the dealership all cleaned of snow and warming up for my test drive. Vaughn was very straight up from the get go and was helpful with every question or concern I had. Got the car at a good price and am happy.
